FreeBSD/EC2 boot performance over time

Time is measured from when the EC2 instance moves from "pending" state to "running" state until when port tcp/22 becomes "open" (aka a SYN packet gets a SYN/ACK response). Measurements on amd64 are c5.xlarge; measurements on arm64 are c6g.xlarge.
